In our Terms and Conditions and across our website or social media when we say "you", "your", "customer", "customers", and other similar terms, we are referring to anyone who uses our website or places an order with us.

When we say "website", "app", "account", "platform", "features", "service", and other similar terms, we are referring to any vector by which you use or interact with Pets On Stuff.

By using our website and services you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any relevant terms, clauses, and rights in our Privacy Policy.

As well as the terms listed in these Terms and Conditions, we may also rely on automatic rights granted to us by laws covering the jurisdiction of England and Wales. You can also rely on these same rights when you use our website and services.

Using Our Website

When you use our website you agree that we can collect some data about you and process it in accordance with our privacy policy. We will never collect more data than is necessary to provide you with a great website experience and to collect anonymised statistical information about how our customers are using our website.

You agree not to hack, break, or misuse our website and platform or any of the data it contains or might output.

You agree not to use our platform for anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of England and Wales.

You agree not to upload any photos, or enter any text into the website, that is of an offensive, sexual (including nudity), or illegal nature (in both your country and in the jurisdiction of England and Wales).

We reserve the right to limit or restrict your access to our platform to protect our business. For example, if we detect that you are trying to upload a large number of images to our website in a short space of time we may prevent you from uploading further images for a period of time.

Placing an Order

When you place an order you agree that you are solely responsible for having designed your pet portrait to your requirements, and chosen the correct options for the product that you've chosen to get it printed on. You agree that you have checked the preview images of your pet portrait and your chosen product and are happy with it. You understand that orders enter production very soon after payments have been received so it's unlikely that an order can be amended or cancelled once placed.

Sometimes the colours that you see on your device's screen when you're designing your pet portrait may differ slightly to the colours in your final, printed pet portrait and product. This is because different devices have different screen technology and calibrations, resulting in colours rendering differently between different devices. For example, what might appear to be a dull yellow on your screen may be a brighter yellow when printed, or vice versa. You understand that small variations in colour are normal and expected.

When we list the prices for our products, services, and delivery options we strive to display the correct and most up to date information, however there may be times when pricing within our supply chain changes more quickly than we can update the information on our website. In these circumstances we reserve the right to pause the production or fulfilment of your order to protect our business. If this happens we will contact you and offer you a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery

You agree to correctly enter and double-check your intended shipping address when placing your order. If you enter an incorrect shipping address when you place your order we cannot be held liable for any undelivered orders.

You understand that any fulfilment times and listed delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees. We rely on third-party companies for the final fulfulment and shipment of orders so we can't be held liable for any orders that are not fulfilled within the initial estimated delivery window.

Depending on international trade agreements there may be times when shipments to addresses in certain countries are liable to have import and other such taxes applied to them when they pass through that country's ports of entry. We cannot be held liable for any additional costs that may be applied or charged in these situations.

Returns, Refunds, and Putting Things Right

If an item in your order has been printed/produced incorrectly, or it looks drastically different to the preview image that you saw when you placed the order, we will send you a replacement for free. We may require that you send us photographic proof of any incorrectly manufacturered items.

If an item in your order has been damaged during shipping, we will send you a replacement for free. We may require that you send us photographic proof of any damaged items.

Due to the bespoke nature of the products that we sell we're unable to accept returns or process refunds for unwanted items.

Ownership and Use of Content

You must only upload a photo if you have permission from the copyright holder to do so. If you've taken the photo yourself, you are the copyright holder.

You will retain full control and copyright of your original photos and files.

Pets On Stuff will retain full control and copyright of any of the artistic pet images that we create for you based off your original photo. While we're very happy for you to share them with your friends and family by digital means, we only authorise the physical printing of your pet portraits via our Shop.

By uploading your pet photos to our website you agree that we may use your photos, and any pet images derived from them, on our website, social media accounts, or in our marketing campaigns. If you don't want us to use your photos in this way please contact us and let us know and we'll respect your wishes.
